SPECTACULAR ESTATE WITH CATALOGUED FARMHOUSE WITH GARDEN, OLD MILL AND FOREST ON THE OUTSKIRTS OF THE VILLAGE

GIRONA – PLA DE L’ESTANY – SERINYÀ. Located in the centre of the town, this estate with listed farmhouse dates back to the 16th century. The property also has a plot of land of about five hectares of fields and woodland, within which we find several fountains, a stream and one of the oldest prehistoric caves in Catalonia.
The farmhouse is built on a plot of about 1.250 m², in the garden we find an old mill, nowadays an open space, ideal as a multipurpose room.
The house, on two levels plus attic, is distributed as follows. On the ground floor there is a spectacular entrance with different spaces to be restored. On the first level the house has five double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a toilet, several living rooms and a large covered terrace. The stairs lead to the attic, which is currently in need of renovation.
We would like to highlight the old handmade floors, the main door with voussoir, the windows of medieval origin in the attic, as well as the columns of the porch of the terrace.
