In the middle of nature you will find this beautiful property with 5.000 m² of lawned garden, swimming pool, small pine forest with hammocks and picnic table. On the front of the house there is a large porch with summer dining room, chill-out and barbecue area equipped with a classic wood barbecue and a more modern gas barbecue.
We access to the living room, with small desk, dining room and billiard area, all in open concept. Large kitchen with corner dining area and pantry.
From the dining room we access to the entrance of the house, in whose right wing is the night area with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite with dressing room and complete bathroom and the bedroom for the youngest members of the family, with a modern and fun design, as can be seen in the photographs.
In this same wing of the house there is a living room with sofa and study table, garage with folding ping-pong table and laundry room with a practical shower.
