WINTER SEASON RENTAL LOCATED IN VILAÜR, 15 MINUTES FROM L’ESCALA. It is an old barn carefully restored. It dates back to the 18th century, with exquisite decoration, where they have managed to take advantage of all the light and space, creating a bright, fresh and cozy home.

The ground floor, in open concept, kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathroom. By the spiral staircase we go up to the loft where the bedroom is. Both floors are equipped with air conditioning and heat pump. It also has wifi connection for an additional 39 € per month.

We love the terrace that welcomes us when we enter the house, ideal for enjoying our moments of relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped, to make our rest easier. – Available until 28th June. For seasonal rentals the payment is not divisible into monthly instalments, the total amount is paid in a single payment before entry.
